Serene Heart Therapy, PLLC is currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

Private pay options:
Self-pay: $120
Sliding scale option available based on income
Cancellation policy:
At Serene Heart Therapy, your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations/No Show (less than 24 hours notice) will be subject to a $45 fee.
Please note: Insurance does not cover missed appointments or late cancellation fees.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and consistent schedule for all clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so via your client portal or email.
Good Faith Estimate
This Good Faith Estimate outlines expected costs for services provided by Serene Heart Therapy, PLLC for self-pay or uninsured clients.
Good Faith Estimate Disclaimer
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, consult your health care provider or visit official resources provided by health authorities.
